The form asks for contact and career-learning information, support needs, an optional message, and consent. Basic source and campaign details may also be included when available.
The website sends form data to Google Workspace through a server-side integration. The hosting provider may also process standard technical request information to deliver and secure the site; configuration and retention depend on the deployment provider.
